Seniors Real Estate Specialists(R) are REALTORS(R) qualified to address the needs of home sellers and buyers age 50+. The SRES(R) Council awards the SRES(R) designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program.
By earning the SRES(R) designation, as a REALTOR(R) I have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transititions involved in relocation, refinancing or selling the family home.
I have received special training and get regular updates regarding seniors and the real estate market. When making lifestyle changes there are many options to consider.
